4th Intra Moot Court Competition organised
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Mar.21
Panjab University Swami Sarvanand Giri Regional Centre, Hoshiarpur, under the aegis of its Moot Court Committee, successfully organized the 4th Intra Moot Court Competition on March 19,20 with the participation of 11 teams.

Team 012 secured the Winner’s position, comprising Radhika Verma (Speaker 1), Drishya Thakur (Speaker 2), and Aditya Bakshi (Researcher). Team 011 was declared the Runner-Up, comprising Mannat Sehgal (Speaker 1), Sara Sharma (Speaker 2), and Kshitz Vashist (Researcher).
In individual categories, Harshika (Team 013) was adjudged Best Researcher, Bhavleen Kaur (Team 008) was awarded Best Mooter, and Team 007 (Avdeesh, Ripudaman, Aditya Pratap) received the award for Best Memorial.

The final round was adjudicated by distinguished members of the Bar, Advocate C.S. Marwaha and Advocate Ashwini Kumar Verma, whose erudite observations and guidance were highly appreciated.
The competition served as an effective platform for students to demonstrate their advocacy skills, legal research, and courtroom etiquette.On this occasion, Advocate Ashwani Verma said in his address that advocacy is a very noble profession with a bright future ahead. However, your advocacy becomes even more meaningful when you use your profession to assist someone in need, and through your help, they receive justice. At that moment, your own conscience feels satisfied, and you also develop a distinct image in society, which gives you a unique identity
