Rayat Bahra Professional University Celebrates Pharma Day, Students Gain New Inspiration

Pharma Day was celebrated at the University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rayat Bahra Professional University. This event was organized on the occasion of the 124th birth anniversary of the late Prof. M. L. Schroff, the pioneer of pharmacy education in India.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Maninderpal Singh. On this occasion, Dr. Vineet Chadha, a renowned cardiologist from the USA, provided students with accessible information regarding heart diseases, modern medical techniques, and the pivotal role of pharmacists in patient care.

During the event, a Pharma Quiz competition and a speech competition were organized, in which students participated enthusiastically and presented their views. Furthermore, an awareness rally was held within the campus to disseminate messages regarding the proper usage of medicines and general health awareness. All Heads of Departments, faculty members, and a large number of students were present on this occasion.
