Congress fields Ketan Bhatikar for Ponda assembly bypoll in Goa
PANAJI: (Mar 18) The Opposition Congress has announced Dr Ketan Bhatikar as its candidate for the upcoming Ponda assembly byelection in Goa.
Bypoll to the Ponda constituency in South Goa is scheduled on April 9, necessitated due to the death of sitting BJP MLA and then Agriculture Minister Ravi Naik.
