20 Years Jail in POCSO Case by Fast Track Court

Ranga Reddy district ke L. B. Nagar Fast Track Special Court ne POCSO case mein ek auto driver ko 20 saal ki rigorous imprisonment ki saza sunayi hai.

Court ne accused Methre Ajay (26) ko ek minor ladki par aggravated sexual assault karne ke jurm mein guilty paya.

Ye case Pahadishareef police station mein 2024 mein register hua tha. Investigation police officers ACP B. Srinivas aur ACP P. Laxmikanth Reddy ke supervision mein conduct ki gayi thi. Court ne evidence aur prosecution arguments ko dekhte hue accused ko sakht saza sunayi.

Court ne judgement mein ₹42,000 fine bhi impose kiya aur victim ke liye ₹5,00,000 compensation award karne ka order diya. Prosecution team mein Addl. Public Prosecutors Smt. Shobha Rani aur Sri P. Satyanarayana ne case ko effectively represent kiya.

Authorities ne kaha ki ye judgement child safety aur justice system ke liye ek strong message hai ki minor victims ke against crimes par sakht action liya jayega.
