ICFAI University Raipur Conducts Five-Day FDP on Research Excellence and Academic Writing

Raipur, March 14, 2026:
The Faculty of Management Studies and Faculty of Commerce, The ICFAI University, Raipur, successfully organized a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Research Excellence and Academic Writing” from 10–14 March 2026 in online mode. The programme aimed to strengthen research skills, academic writing ability, and publication quality among faculty members, research scholars, and academicians.

The sessions covered key themes including ISM model in research, reliability and validity testing, AI tools in research, systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis, and review article writing. Eminent experts from leading institutions such as IIIT Naya Raipur, BIT Durg, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, and Rungta International Skills University delivered the sessions and shared practical insights on conducting high-quality research and publishing in reputed journals.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) S. D. Pandey, Vice Chancellor, with Dr. Archi Dubey (Registrar & HoD, FMS) and Dr. Abha Shukla (HoD, FOC) as conveners. The FDP was coordinated by Dr. Jayant Isaac, Dr. Shweta Dewangan, and Dr. Ambarish Ghosh, with active support from faculty members and the organizing committee.

The FDP witnessed enthusiastic participation from academicians and researchers across institutions and concluded with a call to promote research excellence, ethical publishing, and impactful academic scholarship in higher education.
