Mailardevpally Police apprehended two persons for manufacturing and selling adulterated ginger paste in an unhygienic setup at Subhan Colony, Ali Nagar.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱:

Mohmmed Ziyauddin (45) – Owner of Seven Cooks

Mohammed Mazhar Ali (47) – Owner of Arjun Enterprises

The accused were preparing ginger paste using spoiled ginger and chemicals in unhygienic conditions and supplying it to local shops across Hyderabad.

𝗦𝗲𝗶𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲:

675 kg of adulterated ginger paste

16 drums of paste

Ginger waste cans, cartons and labels (Seven Cooks)

Chemicals including Xanzan Gum powder

Total value of seized property: ₹90,000

Both accused were taken into custody and further legal action is underway. 🚔
