​Hyderabad: Shehar mein sehat ke saath khilwad karne walon ke khilaaf Commissioner’s Task Force (Khairtabad Zone) ne ek badi karyawahi ki hai. Mallepally ke 'Shehzada Food Master' unit par maare gaye chhape mein bhari matra mein milawati adrak-lehsun ka paste (Ginger-Garlic Paste) baramad kiya gaya hai.
​Gandi Halat aur Khatarnak Chemicals ka Istemal
​Task Force ki report ke mutabiq, unit ka malik Mohammed Farooq (50), intehayi gandi aur unhygienic conditions mein yeh paste taiyar kar raha tha. Is paste mein chamak aur wazan badhane ke liye acetic acid, synthetic food colours, gum powder aur namak ka behisab istemal kiya ja raha tha.
​Mauke par yeh bhi dekha gaya ki paste khule plastic containers mein rakha tha, jis par dhool aur makkhiyan bhinn-bhinn rahi thin, jo ise insani istemal ke liye intehayi khatarnak banata hai.
​Expiry Licence par chal raha tha karobar
​Tahqiqat mein pata chala hai ki unit par jo FSSAI licence darj tha, woh saal 2018 mein hi expire ho chuka tha. Farooq yeh milawati paste Hyderabad ke mukhtalif wholesale kirana stores, bade restaurants aur catering services ko supply kar ke mota munafa kama raha tha.
​Badi Matra mein Maal Baramad
​Police ne operation ke dauran darj-e-zail chizein zabt ki hain:
​1,090 kg milawati ginger-garlic paste
​875 kg kacha adrak aur lehsun
​Milawat mein istemal hone wale chemicals aur grinding machines
​Kul Maaliyat: Taqreeban ₹2.2 lakh
​BNS ki Dharaon ke tehat Case Darj
​Habeeb Nagar Police ne accused Mohammed Farooq ko giraftar kar liya hai. Uske khilaaf Cr. No. 53/2026 ke tehat Sections 318(4) aur 275 BNS ke antargat mamla darj kar aage ki karwai shuru kar di gayi hai.
