*57th Raising Day of Central Industrial Security Force Celebrated*


Damanjodi: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has been continuously engaged in the internal security of the country for 57 years since its inception on March 10, 1969, and has been successful in establishing a unique legacy by providing excellent services. In this context, on the afternoon of March 10, the CISF, which is responsible for the security of the Navaratna Company NALCO located in Damanjodi, celebrated its 57th Raising Day at its own premises. This special program was organized under the direct supervision of Senior Commandant Satyadev Arya, and NALCO Executive Director Amarendra Mishra attended as the chief guest and received the parade salute. 5 Platoon jawans participated in the parade under the direction of Inspector AK Samantrai. Shri Arya gave a glorious account of 57 years of excellence and in his speech he effectively explained the security responsibilities of more than 350 internal organizations, institutions, industries, etc. of the country. The chief guest Shri Mishra praised the working style and security efficiency of CISF. The jawans were appreciated by displaying various impressive skills. Senior Constable Achal Devi along with Inspector M Rahman provided the stage coordination and the details. All the jawans jointly managed the program under the leadership of Deputy Commandant D S Cheema, Fire Deputy Commandant Narendra Singh, Inspector Ranjan Kumar Maharana. NALCO Extension Executive Director VSS Anand, Chief General Manager, Administration Department Sugato Anand Basu, Chief General Manager, Mines Department Purushottam Mahamanat along with a group of Chief General Managers of various departments attended as guests of honour.
