Karanjia Excise Department conducts massive raid, seizes Mehul Pach and Desi Mehul Liquor, two arrested

The use of desi honey liquor is increasing day by day in mayurbhanj district Karanjia sub-district of Mayurbhanj district, due to which various anti-social activities are also increasing. In such a situation, the Excise Department has raided the premises of desi honey liquor manufacturing and selling in Karanjia. During the raid, 3850 kg of honey liquor was destroyed and 365 liters of desi honey liquor were also seized. Two people have been arrested and charged with illegally manufacturing and selling honey liquor. Shankar Mari was arrested from Patbil village with 20 liters of honey liquor. Similarly, Padan Hansda was arrested from Baghalata village with 20 liters of desi honey liquor, while others have escaped.
