Musical play Abhimanyu Baddha played at Rabindra Mandap Bhubaneswar

The musical play ‘Abhimanyu Baddha’, sponsored by Pace Foundation and Pinkwood, was staged at Rabindra Mandap in Bhubaneswar. The students of Government High School Khandagiri, Jagmara and Government High School Brahmaswar performed flawlessly. Law Minister Prithviraj Harichandan was the chief guest at the event and said that there is a need to connect the youth who are forgetting our rich traditions with the past through drama. Ekamra MLA Babu Singh, Bargarh Lok Sabha MP Pradeep Purohit, entrepreneur Suresh Panigrahi, novelist Dbaprasad Dash, Nishikant Mishra, actress Rakhi Dash and Headmistress of Government High School Khandagiri Kavita Dandapat were present as the guests of honour. The play was staged under the guidance of actress Pinki Pradhan. Satthvik Raja and Rajesh Mallya directed the play. Ajay Chaudhary directed the music and Pushpanjali directed the dance.
