*57 units of blood collected on 57th CISF Foundation Day*

Damanjodi: A voluntary blood donation camp was organized on the occasion of the 57th Foundation Day of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), which is responsible for the security of the industrial sector NALCO. Organized under the direct supervision of Senior Commandant Satyadev Arya, 57 units of blood were collected in this program keeping in mind the foundation day. The blood collection team, led by a doctor from Koraput Shaheed Laxman Nayak Medical College Hospital Blood Bank, collected the blood. Senior Commandant Shri Arya inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. Fire Department Deputy Commandant Narendra Singh, Inspector Ranjan Kumar Maharana managed the program while Bhagirthi Swain, Tapan Nayak, Balaram Nath and all the staff cooperated. Shri Arya donated blood as a family with his wife and son, while Shri Singh donated blood as a spousal donation with his wife.
