ATS arrests engineering student from Mumbai for sharing terror propaganda

MUMBAI: (Mar 6) The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested an engineering student from Mumbai for allegedly sharing online propaganda material linked to banned terrorist organisations, an official said.

According to the official, two other individuals are also under investigation in connection with the case.

The ATS recently launched search operations at multiple locations in the city as part of an investigation into suspected online radicalisation linked to banned terror outfits, he said on Thursday.
