Sambalpur Police have busted an inter-state lady chain snatching gang, arresting six women involved in the racket that was active across Odisha, West Bengal, and Jharkhand for over a decade. The gang targeted crowded religious festivals and temple events and was apprehended from Bhubaneswar. Seized items include melted gold, ₹62,400 cash, mobiles, and a chain cutter.
