Rotary Club of Raipur Supreme Holds Grand Charter Installation Ceremony

1 MarchThe Charter Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Raipur Supreme was held with great dignity and enthusiasm on Sunday, 1st March 2026, at Hotel Babylon International. The event reflected the true spirit of Rotary—service, fellowship, and leadership—bringing together distinguished dignitaries and Rotarians from across the district.
The Chief Guest, District Governor 2025–26 Rtn. Amit Jaiswal, formally handed over the Charter to the Charter President Rtn. S.K. Shrivastava, marking a historic milestone in the official establishment of the club. In his address, he emphasized the effective implementation of service projects and ensuring Rotary’s reach to the last person in society.
The ceremony was further graced by the presence of Guest of Honour DGN Rtn. Bhanu Pratap Singh, whose esteemed presence added pride and distinction to the occasion. Special Guests Rtn. Vinay Agrawal (Club Advisor) and Rtn. Mayank Rojindar (Assistant Governor) inspired the newly formed team with their motivating words and guidance.
Among other prominent dignitaries present were PDG Dr. Nikhil Trivedi, PDG Rtn. Deepak Mehta, DSG Rtn. Som Agrawal, City Coordinator Rtn. Bharat Daga, Assistant Trainer Rtn. Pratima Naidu, and PP Rtn. Manisha Agrawal, along with Presidents and Secretaries of various Rotary Clubs of Raipur and several senior district leaders. Around 12 Board Members also took their oath of office during the ceremony.
In his presidential address, Charter President Rtn. S.K. Shrivastava outlined the club’s future roadmap, social commitments, and upcoming community service projects, reaffirming his dedication to excellence with the collective support of all members.
Charter Secretary Rtn. Sunil Agrawal expressed gratitude to all guests and members, highlighting the importance of organizational strength, membership growth, and teamwork.
During the ceremony, nearly 70 members took the oath along with their spouses. Additionally, three new members were formally inducted, strengthening the club’s membership base and service capacity.
The event concluded with a warm fellowship dinner, where members and guests interacted in an atmosphere of camaraderie and goodwill. This landmark occasion marks a promising beginning for the Rotary Club of Raipur Supreme as it embarks on its journey of impactful community service in the years ahead.
