PM Narendra Modi Holds Telephonic Talks with Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephonic conversation with his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the ongoing situation in West Asia. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that he conveyed India’s concerns over the recent developments and emphasised the safety of civilians as a priority. The Prime Minister also noted that India reiterates the need for an early cessation of hostilities.
