Subject: Complaint Regarding Misbehavior by Postman, Mishandling of Returned Parcel, and Request for Replacement of Staff

Respected Sir/Madam,

I respectfully seek your kind intervention in resolving a serious issue I have faced with the postal services in my area.

On 3rd December 2025, my parcel regarding my PAN Card was dispatched through Registered/Speed Post vide Airway Bill No. JN170181228IN. However, the parcel was returned without any proper delivery attempt or prior intimation to me.

When I visited the Post Office to inquire about the matter, the concerned postman behaved rudely and spoke in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. He failed to provide any valid explanation for returning the parcel, which caused me unnecessary inconvenience and mental distress.

In addition to this incident, there have been consistent issues at Post Office Ujina, Nuh Cluster, such as:

Repeated failure to deliver postal items correctly

No information provided regarding delivery attempts

Misbehavior and unprofessional conduct with the public

Careless handling and delayed distribution of postal articles

These actions have created difficulties for residents and have affected the reliability and trust in the postal service in our area.

Therefore, I humbly request that appropriate action be taken against the concerned postman. I also request that a responsible and courteous staff member be assigned at Post Office Ujina, Nuh Cluster, to ensure proper and fair public service.

I shall remain grateful for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring fair service to the public.
