AWAKE, COMRADES & CITIZENS! Federation Warns of Indefinite Strike Following Massive Black Badge Success...

The All India RMS & MMS Employees Union Gr "C" had called for a nationwide Black Badge wearing Demand Day against the oppresive policies of central government. The "Black Badge Wearing demand Day" on 12/02/2026 saw an emminent success as all the employees observed it on the call of Federation & made a grant success by Rms 'B' Division of Railway Mail Service, Pune. The Union having the Demands as -

1. *Modify the TOR of 8th CPC. Merge 50% DA with basic Pay. Grant 20% of Pay as an Interim Relief wef 01.01.2026.*

2. *Withdraw the de-recognition of AIPEU Gr 'C' & NFPE* vide order dated 26/4/2023. Initiate the process of re-verification of membership for unions.

3. Withdraw ' *Anti-humane*' 4 Labours Laws that Does not guarantee the protection, etc.

4. Scrap NPS/UPS & *Restore OPS for all.*

5. Withdraw the Post Office Act, 2023.

6. Implement the cadre Restructuring in all left-out cadres. Stop the cadre merger proposal as proposed by the committee.

7. Withdraw the order of IDC, immediately.

8. Restore all the merged NSHs & L1s, as it were.

The Black Badge Wearing Demand Day was a great success across Maharashtra & Goa circle spanning the whole nation. *The union also clarified that if the demands are not fulfilled within the time limit then the Federation will be having only the choise of Indefinite Strike.
