PM Modi hails Beating Retreat 2026 performances as memorable

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has described the Beating Retreat 2026 performances as memorable. In a social media post, the Prime Minister shared glimpses of the Beating Retreat and said that the tunes performed by the Army Military Band were excellent. He said, the formations of Operation Sindoor, 150 years of Vande Mataram, the cricketing triumph of India’s Nari Shakti, as well as the representations of Ashni drone, Bhairav battalion and the ancient ‘Garuda Vyuha’ battle were masterful.

Mr Modi also lauded the diverse compositions by the Central Armed Police Forces bands at Beating Retreat. He said the tunes were filled with vibrancy and reflected a spirit of pride towards those who protect our nation.
