Along with Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren ji and the Government of Jharkhand delegation, met Ms. @SeemaMalhotra1, UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State (Minister for Equalities and Indo-Pacific), in London.

The discussion focused on strengthening Jharkhand–UK cooperation in education, skill development and inclusive growth. The UK delegation acknowledged the Marang Gomke Jaipal Munda Overseas Scholarship and the Chevening–Marang Gomke Scholarship as strong examples of people-to-people cooperation under the India–UK partnership.

The conversation also covered future collaboration on sustainability-linked Guruji scholarships, leadership and mentoring programmes, and Jharkhand’s ongoing efforts to strengthen women’s empowerment, including increased participation of women in sports.
