ABVP Jammu & Kashmir -61st State Conference.

The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) Jammu & Kashmir has announced that it will hold its 61st State Conference from 27 to 29 December 2025. The three-day event, considered one of the region’s largest youth gatherings, will take place at Diwan Palace in Kathua. For the duration of the conference, the venue city will be ceremonially renamed “Sunil Upadhyay Nagar” in honour of a prominent ABVP leader from the region.

The event is expected to draw a large and diverse audience, including more than 500 delegates from across the Union Territory. This group will include students from universities and colleges across Jammu and Kashmir, teachers, academicians, full-time workers, and office bearers of major student bodies.

The primary mission of the 61st State Conference is to shape ABVP’s vision and future strategy, strengthen its organizational presence at the grassroots level, and underline the crucial role of students in nation-building and social transformation. #abvp​ #kathua​ #pressconference​
