International news;

A heartbreaking case has emerged from Fereydan, where an elderly, disabled couple is facing the threat of homelessness after 50 years of living in their only home. The property was purchased five decades ago by the father from his grandmother, and the official title deed was issued by the Registry Office based on a valid sale document at the time.

However, after half a century, certain relatives have claimed that the original sale never took place and are demanding cancellation of the property deed. The court has raised doubts only because the 55-year-old sale agreement is missing, despite:

The family has approached every authority — including the MP, Imam, Governor’s Office, City Council, Welfare Organization, Prosecutor, and even the judge — but all responded that they are unable to intervene.

The court judge reportedly said, "The other side also has rights," leaving the disabled parents at serious risk of losing their only shelter and being forced to spend winter nights in a park tent.

The parents live solely on a small disability pension, and their daughter, their only supporter, recently lost her rented home in an explosion.

The family is pleading:
“Please be our voice before we lose the only roof over our heads.”
