NEP-2025 National Education Policy -CheckNut to Indiscipline in Educational Institutions

Today ,we saw KIIT , Bhubaneswar,one Student lost his life by Suicide attempt!!Had Culture in Education Policy been included in our National Education Policy NRP-2020.
Making an amendment to art 21A through adoption of NEP 2020 as "Right to Education" is not enough to have a disciplined way of learning in in any Educational Institution!
As a result,such today's Suicide in KIIT ,BHUBANESWAR UNIVERSITY keep happening!
Hence,the need arises to adopt a 'Right to Culture in Education "; National Education Policy NEP -2025, which I have generated the policy as another amendment to Art 21A with Art 21 B through bringing NEP 2025 policy by a Lokpal Bill of ACT , submitted through my Member of Parliament, Honourable Shri Pradeep Kumar Panigrahy,MP, BRAHMAPUR, GANJAM as a checkmate Art-21B.

A sincere attempt to pass my Proposed Education Policy NEP 2025 be brought to the Table of Parliament for discussion and be passed in both Houses of Parliament at the earliest and get promulgated for adoption in all Educational Institutions.
