Adya Education and Charitable Trust Receives CSR-1 Approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs

Adya Education and Charitable Trust is pleased to announce that it has officially received its CSR-1 Certificate from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India. This approval marks an important milestone for the Trust, enabling it to collaborate with corporate partners and undertake projects funded under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.

With this certification, the Trust is now eligible to implement CSR-funded initiatives in key areas such as education, skill development, community upliftment, social welfare, and other activities listed under Schedule VII of the Act.
