Four people, including two juveniles, were arrested by Raidurgam police in connection with the murder of 24-year-old CCTV technician Saurabh Kumar.


The incident happened on Nov 12 in Jubilee Hills, when the accused offered him a lift and tried to snatch his phone.


When he resisted, they later tracked him down near BNR Hills bridge and assaulted him, stealing his phone. He was taken to hospital but died of his injuries.


The accused were identified as Mohammed Rehaan (19), Mohammad Ibrahim Ahmed (19), and two minors.
