AFFIDAVIT

I, Sanjeev Kumar Jindal S/o Sh. Jagdish Chand R/o House No.101, Sector -15, Sonipat -131001, Haryana do hereby solemnly affirms as under :-

1 my daughter Amisha Jindal filed her online complaint of bank fraud with department of police vide through UID no.154014 dt.29.4.23 and my second complaint was vide UID no. 175145 dt 2.6.2023, which was personally given to Sh. Nanak Singh SSP,Mansa. He marked my compliant with dairy no. 539 dt.6.6.23 and assigned her complaint to Jaskeerat Singh Ahir, SP Head. On the direction given by both of honourable Harpreet Kaur Nafra, Additional Civil Judge (senior Division) Sardulgarh , honourable Shatin Goyal , Additional Session Judge, Amritsar with the help of Sh. Sandeep Goyal, Senior Advocate (Brother of Sh, Shatin Goyal) a fair investigation was not done by Sh Jaskeerat Singh Ahir, SP Head because SP Head received a big amount of money from the culprit Abhishek Jindal. Honourable Harpreet Kaur Nafra, Additional Civil Judge (senior Division) play a major role for doing setting of bribe/money between SP Head and Abhishek Jindal for not doing fair investigation on her complaint regarding Bank Fraud, change her basic details in saving account and doing fake signature of my daughter Amisha Jindal and a loot was done by Abhishek Jindal and Meeta jindal from the locker 43 with PNB Bank, Mansa and Locker No. A-22 with HDFC Bank, Mansa.

2 After getting huge amount of bribe Sh Jaskeerat Singh Ahir, SP Head not take my daughter’s complaint inversely he file a baseless FIR NO.22 dt.13.2.24 on Amisha Jindal, Sanjeev Kumar Jindal, Siloni Devi Jindal, for e-mail id hacking allegation under Sec- 66 (C), 420, 120-B of Information Technology Act,2000. The allegation was in the FIR is that amisha jindal using email id while the email id was created and uploaded by abhishek jindal for getting MSME Certificate in the name M/s Amisha Trading Co. on dated 08.03.2022 in which his wife amisha jindal is a proprietor. As per statement given in FIR No.22 abhishek Jindal said that i am not visited sonipat after 13.1.2023.He was saying totally wrong statement because he was personally present at CK Birla Hospital, Punjabi Bag, Delhi on different date i.e 13.1.2023,14.1.2023,15.1.2023. after he came at my house no.213, Sector-15, Sonipat ,Haryana on the last week of Janaury,2023.While Sh Jaskeerat Singh Ahir, SP Head filed Fir No.22 on us without issue a notice before FIR to us because of he was under influence of Harpreet Kaur Nafra, Shatin Goyal and Sandeep Goyal.

3 I have applied for bail for Siloni Devi Jindal vide CIS No.BA/486/2024 dt.29.4.2024 against FIR No.22 dt.13.2.24 and we got bail from Honourable Kamal Varinder Addl. Sessions Judge, Mansa.

4 I have applied for bail for Amisha Jindal vide CIS No.BA/668/2024
dt.23.5.2024 against FIR No.22 dt.13.2.24 and in the court the same Honourable Kamal Varinder Addl. Sessions Judge, Mansa has cancelled the bail under influence of Harpreet Kaur Nafra Additional Civil Judge (senior Division) Sardulgarh, Shatin Goyal Additional Session Judge, Amritsar and Sandeep Goyal ,Senior Advocate Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh because they offer gift from abhishelk Jindal. While our advocate Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma present sufficient/enough evidences before Honourable Kamal Varinder Addl. Sessions Judge, Mansa but she neglect all evidences.

5 Then, I have applied for getting bail of Amisha Jindal vide CRM-M-27989-2024 dt.30.05.2024 in The High Court of Punjab And Haryana ,Chandigarh and Honourable Justice Sandeep Moudgil admitted the bail with his verdict that “ present complaint is nothing but a counterblast to the FIR along with other proceedings which have been initiated by petitioner, pending before the Court at Sonepat in the form of FIR No.16 dated 25.05.2023 registered at P.S. Sonipat”.

6 I have applied for bail for Amisha Jindal vide CIS No.BA/668/2024
dt.23.5.2024 against FIR No.22 dt.13.2.24 and in the court the same Honourable Kamal Varinder Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa has cancelled the bail under influence of Harpreet Kaur Nafra Additional Civil Judge (senior Division) Sardulgarh, Shatin Goyal Additional Session Judge, Amritsar and Sandeep Goyal ,Senior Advocate Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh because they offer gift from abhishelk Jindal. While our advocate Sh. Raj Kumar Sharma present sufficient/enough evidences before Honourable Kamal Varinder Addl. Sessions Judge, Mansa but she neglect all evidences.


7 now I want justice for my daughter , my wife and mine. Further I want for a very fair investigation through Honest Judge of The Supreme Court of India.
