True empowerment lies in health of citizens: Rajnath Singh

GHAZIABAD(UP): (Oct 26) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said the government dedicated to uplifting the poor and underprivileged and India's true empowerment lies in the health of its citizens.
