Block level meeting on the Protection and preservation of culture, traditions, language of ST SC, and OBC people of Khairput block

A block-level convention on the protection and preservation of the culture, traditions, and languages of Janjati and Anusuchit Up Jati communities was organised at Khairput block. The programme aimed to promote cultural identity, traditional practices, and indigenous languages among the tribal groups. Community leaders, teachers, and youth representatives actively participated and shared valuable insights on safeguarding their heritage. Various cultural performances highlighted the rich diversity of the region. The convention concluded with a pledge to strengthen efforts for cultural preservation and intergenerational transmission of traditional knowledge within the tribal and scheduled caste communities of Khairput.The programme was presided by Mr. Balraj Podal.
