Police recovered 380 Grams Brown Sugar, Arrested 2 Suspected persons

On 12/10/2025 Malda Police Station along with Crime Monitoring Group, Malda intercepted two suspected persons .
They are Babu Saheb Paswan(25) S/o Bhusan Paswan of village Nankutola, and Prashant Kumar (19) S/o Lt Jitendra Yadav of Morkhai, PO- Durgapur. Both are lives in under Muffasil Police Station,Dist- Khagaria, Bihar. They are apprehented near Behula Bridge on old NH-34 under Malda Police Station and recovered 380 g suspected brown sugar from their possession after observing all formalities. Both the accused persons have been arrested and they disclosed that one Kaliachak supplier provided the drugs to them. A Specific case has been started under appropriate Sections of Law and both the accused persons were forwarded to Ld. Court with prayer for their Police remand.
