Funds of Rs 1 crore approved for development of Namo Park in Madha city
under the Special Scheme through Nagar Vikas, Government Decision No.:-Napawai-2025/Pr.Kr.224/Navi-16 (E-1338518) dated 17/09/2025, a fund of Rs. 1.00 crore has been sanctioned for developing excellent parks in the Nagar Panchayat areaof Madha city in Solapur District.

The said park will be called Namo Park. This park will add to the splendour of Madha city. The dream of building a park for the citizens in Madha city is being realized through this medium and through this, a good quality park will be available to the citizens.

A competition will be organized at the divisional level for the Namo Udyans to be developed. Out of these Namo Udyans, the first Namo Udyan will be given Rs. 5.00 crore. Funding will be sanctioned from the specific scheme, and the Municipal Councils / Nagar Panchayats that get the honor of second and third Namo Udyan will be given works worth Rs 3.00 crore and Rs 2.00 crore will be approved respectively.
However, we will start the work by identifying the site for the Namo Park as soon as possible and will try to get the honor of being the first Namo Park in the competition for Namo Parks of Madha Nagar Panchayat at the divisional level, said the Honorable Mayor of Madha Nagar Panchayat, Mrs. Minal-Tai Ganpatrao alias Dadasaheb Sathe and Honorable Chief Officer, Mrs. Neha Kanthe.

Also, for providing this fund, the Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra Hon. Shri. Devendra Fadnavis Sr. and Hon. Deputy Chief Minister Shri. Ajitdada Pawar Sr. and Hon. Shri. Eknath Shinde Sr. and Guardian Minister Hon. Shri. Jayakumar Gore Sr. and all the public representatives and officers were thanked by Hon. Mayor Mrs. Minaltai Ganpatrao alias Dadasaheb Sathe and Hon. Deputy Mayor Mrs. Kalpantai Jagdale, Hon. All the chairmen and all the honorable corporators.
