Police recovered 514 grams Brown Sugar. One arrested

On 26th August Inspector -in-charge, Golapganj under Kaliachak Police Station conducted raid at Sahilapur Ghoshpara, P.O- Umakantatola, under Kaliachak Police Station,Dist- Malda and seized 514 grams of brown sugar.

The accused person was arrested at the spot. His name is Marup Sk (42 yrs), S/o- Danesh Mandal of Vill- Notun Shrirampur, PO- Shrirampur, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda.

He revealed that brown sugar was sourced from srirampur Kaliachak.

The arrested person will be forwarded before the Ld. Court and prayer for Police Remand will be made in the interest of investigation.Case has been registered.
