*THE MOON WEEPS: YET WE RISE*.

🌍 *The Moon Weeps, Yet We Rise*
A Poetic Invocation for the Conscience of Mankind
Composed by Dr. Subash Dash
Founder, Ram Tulsi Seva Foundation & Human Rights Activist
✨ *Poetic Introduction*
In a world where the full moon glows with the promise of unity, its shadow still conceals the cries of injustice. This poem, penned by Dr. Subash Dash, is a spiritual and humanitarian offering that bridges the timeless wisdom of Sanatan Dharma with the urgent realities of our age. Rooted in the ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—“The world is one family”—it speaks to every soul that yearns for compassion, truth, and transformation.

From the burning silence of Soumyashree to the enduring grace of Sita and the fire of Draupadi, this poem is a mirror to our conscience and a torch for future humanity.

🪔 *The Moon Weeps, Yet We Rise*
*Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the Earth is my kin*,
A sacred thread of souls, woven deep within.
From Himalaya’s hush to Amazon’s breath,
We share one pulse, one dream, one death.

The full moon glows with Sanatan grace,
Yet shadows crawl across its face.
Where love once bloomed in silent prayer,
Now echo cries of deep despair.

Soumyashree burns — a name, a flame,
A daughter lost to mankind’s shame.
Not just a girl, but every voice
Silenced by a selfish choice.

In temples of justice, dharma sleeps,
While cruelty sows what karma reaps.
The scroll of time bears wounds and light,
A tale of valor, and silent fight.

Yet still we rise — like lotus from mire,
With Bhakti’s song and Agni’s fire.
From Sita’s sorrow to Draupadi’s rage,
We turn each wound into a page.

Let this poem be a mirror, a flame,
A call to rise, not just to name.
For every child, for every tear,
Let conscience speak, let truth draw near.

The moon weeps — not for loss alone,
But for the love we’ve yet to own.
And in that weeping, hope is born,
A future where no soul is torn.
