What is the problem with Ajith's death investigation?

Madurai District Judge John Sunderlal Suresh has started the investigation into the death case of Ajith Kumar, who died in police custody. Earlier, a constable insulted Magistrate Bharathidasan, who had gone to investigate the Sathankulam case, by saying, "You can't do anything." This raises the question of whether the police will provide the necessary documents & cooperation in the Ajith death case.
