BRSV Demands Immediate Update of SSC Supplementary Results – Students Face Admission Crisis

Hyderabad :

Thousands of students across Telangana find themselves in a state of anxiety and uncertainty due to the non-updating of SSC Supplementary Results on the official website of the Telangana Board of Secondary Education. Though the results were officially declared and made available on bse.telangana.gov.in, many students and parents report that the portal either remains inaccessible or fails to reflect updated marks. This technical lapse has brought the ongoing intermediate admission process to a grinding halt for students who recently cleared their supplementary exams.

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi Vidyarthi Vibhagam  a student wing of brs party , has taken a strong stand on the issue. Mir Qurram Ali, GHMC Coordinator of BRSV, voiced serious concern and criticized the authorities for their lack of preparedness. He stated that the delay is not a mere technical glitch but a reflection of administrative negligence. “We are taking full responsibility as a student-led organization to speak up for the future of our youth. The government must answer why students are being forced to suffer,” he said.

This delay is particularly damaging because intermediate college admissions are already in progress, and deadlines are fast approaching. Without access to updated marksheets, students cannot upload their results to the intermediate board portal, risking the loss of a valuable academic year.

Parents too have expressed their frustration. Outside the BSE office in Hyderabad, many gathered to seek answers. “Why is the government playing with the future of students? This isn't just a delay — it's a disaster for thousands of families,” one parent remarked.

In response to the crisis, BRSV has issued a four-point demand to the Telangana government: immediate resolution of technical issues, prompt updating of all SSC supplementary results, an extension of intermediate admission deadlines, and public accountability from education officials responsible for the failure.

The Telangana Education Department has yet to issue any official response. Meanwhile, students remain stuck in limbo, their academic future at risk due to a system that has once again proven to be unreliable during a critical time.

BRSV has warned that if the issue is not resolved within the next 48 hours, they will consider launching statewide student protests to press for immediate corrective action.
