Extensive Feedback Collection from Devotees on Various Services Offered by TTD

As part of continuous efforts to improve the services provided to devotees,
TTD has begun collecting valuable feedback from devotees through various survey mechanisms including IVRS, WhatsApp e-Surveys, and manual surveys by Srivari Sevaks.

IVRS Feedback Survey...
Through this electronic method, devotees can express their opinions on Tirumala travel experience, Annaprasadam, Kalyanakatta, Temple Darshan, accommodation, queue line management, and luggage counters, covering a total of 16 questions.

WhatsApp Feedback System...
By scanning QR codes installed at various locations in Tirumala and Tirupati using their mobile phones
(WhatsApp number: 9399399399), devotees can access the TTD feedback page.
They can then select their name and the relevant department (Annaprasadam, cleanliness, Kalyanakatta, laddu prasadam, luggage, darshan experience, queue lines, rooms, etc.)

Manual Feedback Collection by Srivari Sevaks...
In various locations of Tirumala and Tirupati, TTD is collecting direct feedback through Srivari Sevaks
using an official application with pre-set questions developed by TTD.

Very soon, TTD will launch this feedback option through its Mobile App and Booking Portal as well.

By valuing devotees' opinions and their real-time experiences, TTD aims to enhance and upgrade its services.
TTD earnestly requests devotees to share their valuable feedback and contribute to the improvement of online services.

ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ,
ಟಿ.ಟಿ.ಡಿ. ಕಳೆದ ಕೆಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಭಕ್ತರಿಂದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು IVRS, WhatsApp e-Survey, ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀವಾರಿ ಸೇವಕರ ಮೂಲಕ ಮ್ಯಾನುಯಲ್ ಸರ್ವೇಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಈ ಇ-ಸರ್ವೇ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಿರುಮಲಾ ಯಾತ್ರೆ, ಪ್ರಸಾದ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕಟ್ಟ, ದರ್ಶನ ಅನುಭವ, ವಸತಿ, ಕ್ಯೂ ಲೈನ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮತ್ತು ಲಗೇಜ್ ಕೌಂಟರ್‌ಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 16 ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬಹುದು.

ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರು, ವಿಭಾಗ (ಅನ್ನಪ್ರಸಾದ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕಟ್ಟ, ಲಡ್ಡು, ಲಗೇಜು, ದರ್ಶನ ಅನುಭವ, ಕ್ಯೂ ಲೈನ್, ರೂಮ್‌ಗಳು) ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.
