Reliable sources have confirmed that senior political leaders G.M. Saroori (Ex-Minister), Taj Mohiuddin (Ex-Minister), and Abdul Majeed Wani (Ex-Minister) are expected to rejoin the Indian National Congress in Srinagar on 26th or 27th June 2025.

The event will take place in the presence of Dr. Syed Nasir Hussain, AICC in-charge for Jammu & Kashmir, and Mr. Tariq Hameed Karra, President of the Jammu & Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC).
