When former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh came to Germany, he was accompanied by about 40 of his relatives.
Rooms (all five-star hotels) were booked for their stay in a total of 5 hotels.
All the relatives bought bags worth lakhs of rupees every day in expensive malls. The bills were all torn in the name of the State Department.
