The *Divisional Railway Manager Office*(DRM Office), Malda Division, Eastern Railway, has achieved a significant milestone by being officially accredited with the *ISO 9001:2015 and 5S* Certification.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is a globally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring that the office services and processes meet rigorous quality standards and meet the customer expectations. The 5S Certification is a systematic methodology for workplace organization and standardization, focused on creating a clean, well-organized, and efficient work environment.

This achievement reflects the Malda Division’s unwavering commitment to operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement in the Divisional Operation.

To celebrate this momentous occasion, a special event was organized at the DRM Office in Malda. The event was graced by *Mr. Ajit Kumar, Senior Consultant from Glowell Consultant*, who formally presented the certification to *Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, Divisional Railway Manager, Malda Division.*

Speaking at the event, *Shri Manish Kumar Gupta, DRM/Malda,* expressed his pride in the accomplishment and emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean and organized workplace. “This achievement reflects that a well-managed, hygienic work environment not only saves time but also enhances productivity. Systematic management fosters a culture of discipline and continuous improvement,” he remarked.

*Shri Sheo Kumar Prasad,* Additional Divisional Railway Manager, *Shri Pradip Das,* Sr. Divisional Environmental and Housekeeping Manager, along with other senior branch officers, were also present to appreciate the achievements.
