No bird gets diabetes.
No monkey gets heart attack.
No animal eats iodized salt or brushes its teeth, yet no one gets thyroid or has bad teeth.
The physical structure of a monkey is the closest to that of a human, the only difference between a monkey and you is that a monkey has a tail and you don't, everything else is the same.
Then why don't monkeys ever get heart attacks, diabetes, high blood pressure?
There is an old saying that monkeys never get sick, and if they get sick, they don't stay alive, they die!
Why don't monkeys get sick?
A friend of ours says that a very great professor is working in a medical college. He did a deep research to make monkeys sick. So he started introducing different types of viruses and bacteria into the monkeys, sometimes through injections and sometimes in other ways. He says, I failed for 15 years, but nothing happened to the monkey.
The friend asked the professor how can you say that nothing can happen to the monkey?
Then one day he said this mysterious thing, I will also tell you that the RH factor of the monkey is the most ideal. When a doctor measures your RH factor, he compares it with the RH factor of the monkey, but he does not tell you this, that is a different matter.
The reason for this is that he cannot get any disease. His blood cholesterol never increases, his triglycerides never increase, nor does he get diabetes. No matter how much sugar you introduce into his body from outside, it does not remain. So the professor says that the secret is that the monkey eats a full stomach every morning. What humans cannot eat causes all diseases.
All birds and animals eat food as soon as the sun rises.
Ever since humans got stuck in this cycle of breakfast, lunch, dinner, humans started getting sicker.
Professor Rabindranath Shanbaug told all his patients to eat Petvara in the morning. His patients say that since they started eating Petvara in the morning, their diabetes or sugar decreased, some people's cholesterol decreased, some people's knee pain decreased, some people's back pain decreased, gas stopped, stomach ache stopped, sleep started getting better... etc... etc.
And this is what Bhagavat ji said 3500 years ago that morning food is the best.
In the morning, after the sun rises, your Petvara should be eaten within the first hour, i.e. by 9.30 am, at the latest by 10 am.
And this meal should be taken only when you stop eating breakfast. This breakfast practice is not Indian, it is a British custom.
And take your dinner half an hour before sunset. Then you will be free from diseases. Since the sun rises in the morning, our stomach fire is very strong during the early hours. Our stomach fire is related to the sun.
Our stomach fire is most strong after bathing. After bathing, bile increases, so take a bath in the morning and eat. Keep a gap of 4 to 8 hours between one meal and another, do not eat anything in between, and do not eat at all after sunset.
Since this is included in the daily life of birds and wild animals, they generally do not get sick.
