HSS Padum Sets a New Benchmark in Class 12 Success!”

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the results of the Class 12 examination today, the 13th of May 2025. We are proud to announce that Government Higher Secondary School, Padum, Zanskar has achieved an outstanding academic performance, reflecting the dedication, hard work, and commitment of both students and staff.
This year, 42 regular students were registered for the Class 12 CBSE Examination conducted in March–April 2025. Out of them, 41 students appeared, while only one student remained absent. We are delighted to share that only three students did not qualify, making this year’s result a significant milestone for our school.
This commendable achievement is the result of the relentless efforts of the School Education Department, UT Ladakh, and the entire teaching faculty of HSS Padum. Their consistent guidance and support have led to a remarkable improvement in performance, especially considering that this is only the second Class 12 batch from our school to appear under the CBSE board, following the transition from JKBOSE to CBSE for all government schools in Ladakh.
A hearty congratulations to our esteemed Principal, Mr. Sir Rinchan Wangboo, under whose leadership the school continues to reach new heights. His vision and commitment to quality education have played a crucial role in this success.
