During mock drill and blackout time as directed by the Government all common people of this region (Alipurduar,Coochbehar and Jalpaiguri) are requested to obey the instructions .

* Don't go outside,remain inside the house.
* Don't be afraid of hearing the sound of siren.
*Don't run hither and thither.
* During blackout time put off all light and accessories.
*Don't burn anything outside.
* Watch TV to follow instructions.
