Heavy rains have caused artificial flooding in several parts of the city. The rains on Tuesday afternoon caused artificial flooding on the Narengi Mathghari highway. Therefore, pedestrians are facing severe traffic difficulties. There is heavy traffic on the road for about a kilometre.
