FIRE BREAKS OUT AT MILANPUR IN MORIGAON DISTRICT

The houses of 11 families were completely burned in a devastating fire in Milonpur ward number 3 of Morigaon district. The affected families are Gias Uddin @ Faskina, Abdul Ali, Mainul Haque, Jikrul, Baitullah, Nakibur Rahman, Mokibur Rahman, Ikramul Hoque, Wahida Khatun, Rahima Khatun, Majuara Khatun. The Fire Brigade came and extinguished the fire and saved the greater Milanpur area. The fire caused damage worth lakhs of rupees and the cash, many goats, ducks, birds, etc. were completely destroyed. during the fire, the local administration, Police Admission, Member of Municipal from Ward no 3 Hima Das, Local Gram Pradhan came and took stock of the damage. Milanpur Jame Masjid and Samaj Parichalana Samiti held an immediate meeting and arranged for providing food and other facilities to the affected families. Meanwhile, The District Commissioner of Morigaon District Devashish Sharma, IAS, gave confidence to definitely do something for the affected families.
