The 24th National Speed Skating Championship 2025, held from January 31st to February 2nd in Madurai, saw an exceptional performance by Mehar Vig.

In the highly competitive 400m race, Mehar made a strong start, securing second place in the first round. Although the second round was challenging, Mehar finished a commendable fourth, showcasing impressive resilience and skill. In the 200m race, Mehar also performed admirably, finishing in fourth place.
