The DPDP Act, 2023 : Bridging Digital Trust and Economic Growth in India’s Data driven era. EBCC had organised a webinar on a crucial topic, as Hon’ble Minister Shri. Ashwini Vaishnav as asked for suggestions from various stakeholders in order to strengthen the upcoming, "Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025". EBCC keeping in mind the need to balance the Public-Private vis-à-vis Personal-Professional impact of the said rules on individuals to industry and protecting privacy of children without curtailing too much corporate growth working in the sector of cyber, social media & artifical intelligence. DPDP act/rules and it's impact on Digital India and Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat were discussed thoroughly keeping in mind the rights of data principal & the role-responsibility of data fiduciary.
