AAP leader takes out his belt, flogs himself publicly in Gujarat

AAP leader Gopal Italia pulled out the belt from his trousers and flogged himself at a public meeting in Gujarat's Surat. He said that he did it as a penance for "failing to ensure justice for the victims of various crimes committed in the BJP-ruled state". He cited Morbi suspension bridge collapse and Vadodara boat capsize case before flogging himself.
