12 builders in Gandhidham defrauded the bank of Rs 64 crore
A complaint has been registered at CID Crime Gandhinagar that 12 builders in the Gandhidham branch of The Mehsana Urban Co-operative Bank have committed fraud of Rs 64 crore by taking loans based on false reports and construction reports. According to the complaint filed by Anil kumar Jayantibhai Patel, who is working as a legal manager in the corporate office of The Mehsana Urban Co.O. Bank Ltd., Mehsana, the accused living in Gandhidham, Navsari, Anjar, Kutch are Bijal Jayeshbhai Mehta and his wife Aman Bijal Mehta, currently residing in Vasna, Manoj Nagarjuna Chaudhary, residing in Varsamedi, Shyamji Myajar Myatra of Antarjaal, Ramesh Madanlal of Gandhidham Agarwal, Premji Khimji Pataria, Umesh Mohanlal Patel of Meghpar (Bo), Laxman Khimji Maheshwari of Gandhidham, Yakub Ramdhan Rayma of Lakhpat, Jaideep Patel of Navsari, Shubham Ramesh Agarwal of Gandhidham, Narendra Shivji bhai Patel, Satyendra Paramhans Mishra, all these accused had submitted false valuation reports, fake construction documents to the bank. It was stated in the complaint that they had committed financial fraud from 2016 to 2023.
