Amazon Amazon’s Arrogance and Cheating: A Customer’s Experience

It’s absolutely infuriating how Amazon and its associates treat customers with sheer disrespect and deceit. How can a delivery associate falsely mark an item as “delivered” when it wasn’t handed over to me, my neighbor, or even the security? And instead of addressing the issue, Amazon’s response is to point to a policy link—a clear indication that their systems are designed to support such cheating and harassment.

This isn’t just a mistake; it’s arrogance and unethical behavior. Amazon expects us to track links, be available 24/7 for deliveries, and accept their blatant lies as service. Meanwhile, their associates play games with no accountability, and their support team defends them.

For a company that claims to care about customers, their policies only protect their inefficiency and harassment tactics. This is shameful and unacceptable from a global giant like Amazon.

Amazon, you owe your customers better than this appalling behavior. Fix your broken systems, hold your staff accountable, and treat customers with the respect they deserve.
