Police arrested one with arms for threatening

Received a written complaint from one Dilip Halder S/O Dulal Halder of Nawabganj to the fact that since long days one Ajit Halder @ Bhodal (22)
S/O Uttam Halder @ Kalu of Nababganj was creating disturbances to one lady who is the relative of Dilip Halder. Several times Dilip Halder cautioned to Ajit. On Tuesday (Police arrested one with arms for threatening
)morning Ajit had an altercation over the previous issue and suddenly assaulted Dilip and threatened with dire consequences by using fire arms. Local people rushed to the spot. As a result Ajit fled away from the place. Over the complaint Malda Police Station Case no 920/24 dtd 24/12/24 under section of laws
126(2) /117(2) /109/351(2) BNS
was initiated.

Upon information Ajit Halder was tracked and arrested. Involved Fire Arms and ammunition were seized from his procession.Further interrogation is going on for source of arms.
