Atul Subhash's mother moves Supreme Court for her 4-yr-old grandson's custody

The mother of Bengaluru techie Atul Subhash, who died by suicide after accusing his wife and in-laws of harassment, filed a habeas corpus petition in Supreme Court to secure custody of her four-year-old grandson, NDTV reported.

As per the petition, the child's whereabouts are allegedly unknown. The court issued notices to Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Karnataka governments over the matter.
