Hospitality industry expanding but labours shrinks due to long hours

Workers in hospitality industry not ready to work due to long hours .
Need labour commissioner involvement to check the long hours in hotels industry .
Many of them breaks the law by doing unfair labour practice.
Many catering colleges closed due to students not ready to join the industry to encourage the industry with qualified students.
Shifts timings should be 9 hours with one hour breaks as per catering establishment act.
All trade union proposing this every time.
Still this continues in the industry if this continues there will be no Hotel management college will function except IHM.
